Baker Wanted at Grinda Bakery for Season 2026

We are looking for a baker at Grinda Bakery for the 2026 season. The employment period runs from mid-May to the end of August.

Are you a passionate baker who loves to start the day with the smell of freshly baked bread? Grinda Bakery is looking for you! We are a cozy bakery with a heart for craftsmanship, and we are seeking an experienced and trained baker to join our small team.

About the Role

As a baker with us, you will get to:

• Create magic with flour, water, and yeast every day.
• Bake incredibly delicious breads, buns, and other pastries that keep our customers coming back for more.
• Work early mornings – because we know the best ideas are created before the sun rises!
• Experiment in the kitchen and maybe even invent the next big bread trend – who knows, the sourdough crown could be your idea?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of professional experience as a baker. You know what you’re doing, and your results speak for themselves.
• Has at least 2 years of vocational training in baking and pastry. Education is a must, but passion cannot be taught – it comes from within.
• Is team-oriented – we work closely together and create a workplace full of laughter and creativity.
• Is creative and detail-oriented. You have an eye for detail and love trying new things.
